Our Programmes

Grow

Our Grow programme offers a range of horticultural and well-being activities for people with learning disabilities to develop new skills and meet new people.  Participants learn about growing flowers, plants, fruit and vegetables engaging in outdoor and indoor educational activities under the guidance of our horticulture team.  Loving life also includes health and well-being activities including yoga, zumba, walking, mindfulness and creativity.

Living Life, Loving Life

This programme focuses on life skills & personal development.  Participants are brought together to meet new people, enhance their social skills, and learn new things. The overall emphasis of this programme is to improve health and well-being.

Participants engage in indoor and outdoor activities that include walking, yoga, zumba, games, creative writing, art and craft, mindfulness, bowling, cinema trips, and much more.

Bloom

The Bloom Programme is designed to help individuals grow in confidence, independence, and everyday life skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

Participants develop practical skills such as cooking, travel training, personal care, and independent living, while also enjoying friendship, fun, fitness, and creative activities.

Our focus is on building ability, encouraging choice, and creating meaningful opportunities for personal growth, all while having fun and being part of a supportive community.
